The flagship S series phones do go on sale, typically during Prime Day, Black Friday and when they get discontinued with the release of a newer model. However you won't see a S25+ at this price level ($230) unless it is subsidized by a carrier.

Checkout Visible's plan that includes international calling, as well as unlimited data. I believe you get faster, prioritized data with that plan as well. They may still currently have a special pricing for it, still going on.

I think processor is better than more ram, I have a 3GB ram phone with a Media Tek chip and it works great, very snappy.
