I bought the 77" C4 direct from LG Partner store with 'free' installation and only one installer arrived (on his 10 speed bike with no tools) and the other one never showed at all. I asked the one who did show up how many he'd installed and he said, "a couple". I then proceeded to unbox and install the TV myself with the help of the bike dude and I felt really good about having done it myself. I'd never trust any of the installers that any of these retailers use. It's like the appliance guys that HD and Lowes use. You are playing with fire when you let them install anything. The gas company person who came to fix the leak that the HD guys left on my new stove said he sees several calls a week because of their incompetence.

If you have access to LG partner store there will probably be better deals. Got a 77in C4 last March for similar price, but came with two soundbars that I sold on ebay for around $850 total.
