older thread regarding the $50 5gb plan suggested using:

They just reset my voicemail and told me to try again, which did nothing. I was too lazy to tell them that didn't fix anything, so maybe they would have helped me further. The price is right though and service has been great and I only get like a voicemail every couple of months. Somehow google visual voice mail kicked in and takes messages for me now, so it doesn't even matter, but seeing someone else suffering from that annoyance made me want to mention it lol
I can't remember which web browser finally worked after three plus tries, but I had to use a laptop/desktop browser to get past that step.
EDIT: Thinking about it further, I may have actually used a live modify the webpage in your browser tool to get it working with Firefox.
