Great shoes when it's slick with its sticky rubber sole. The sole sheds snow well. Plenty of space in the forefoot. True to size when wearing mid weight wool socks.

The Glove models are what you're looking for. The Wrapt models do have zero heal drop and are somewhat flexible for a hiking shoe. The Glove is way more flexible.
