Where does it say it's unlocked? Can't find it on the listing page and that Cellular in the title doesn't make much sense unless it's maybe Consumer Cellular company that's it's locked onto?

I have a 14 for my kids and Im tired of the lightning cable so hopefully this works with the carrier I have or I will be using it in wifi as well.
