Can someone explain what makes this controller "pro"? Looks like any other junk third party controller.
Good battery life, programmable back and extra shoulder buttons, swappable ABXY to choose between Xbox or Nintendo layout, TMR joysticks, great dpad, comes with charging dock, Bluetooth + 2.4ghz support, adjustable triggers, and more. All for a better price and feature support than first party controllers.

Cool! Thanks for the detail!

I have been using 8bitdo controllers for over ten years. They pretty much took over near the top when Logitech stopped making the best controllers. They have two main controller lines. The 'Ultimate' controllers take the basic shape of an Xbox controller, the 'Pro' line takes the shape of a PS2/3 controller. I have been gaming since the early nineties, and have seen controller companies come and go. 8bitdo is in it for the long haul. The Pro 3 is the newest iteration, with an included charging dock, multiple wireless connection modes, magnetic buttons that can be rearranged for different console configurations, and swappable joysticks. I have been using the SN30 Pro+, which was the first in the Pro line I believe, for several years, and aside from some slowly declining battery life, I have zero issues with it. Best controller I have, hands down. My official Microsoft Xbox One Elite controller has more problems.
P.S. Oops, I forgot to add that on the Pro 2, they added back paddles and a third shoulder button on each side, as well as selectable trigger motion. Those continue on the Pro 3.
Not on Woot, sadly. It's available on Amazon for full price. I was just referencing that there were four total when they said that woot had all three options.
