Regular grow light should be fine. If you have a germination mat would be useful

You don't need this. Just add seeds to an upside down mason jar and rinse water every day. No need to buy grow medium

Thats only for growing sprouts. These are for microgreens which you do need a grow medium for.

I use paper towels when I ran out of the germinating paper. You can add a liquid plant nutrient to the water but its optional. These microgreens grow quickly so it's less messy to stay away from soil.
