I opted to stay on Windows 10 after end of service date. Last week I get an alert from Windows Update stating that in 12 hours (they gave a specific time) my desktop would be updated to Windows 11 without my permission and without buying anything. I checked reddit and other Windows 10 users had same issue. How much is Windows 11 worth if they force updates without a purchase or permission. This strong arm tactic increased my resolve to make sure Windows 10 is my last MS OS. W11 is spyware that takes PC as if it owns in. Screen caps every 10-30 seconds, keylogger

You don't know what you're talking about. There's a way to temporarily activate via Powershell using a generic key (that's easily found online), but there's also a permanent activation via Powershell that doesn't require a key. It's foolproof and I've used it many times. Microsoft has tried to tighten things down recently but generally doesn't care because they want people on Win11 for your data. The permanent activation via Powershell still works unless MS changed something very recently.

To be honest everyone, Microsoft stop enforcing activation for home users. You can just install Windows and just not activate it, you'll continue to get updates.
Pretty much Microsoft is trying to make money off Enterprise customers and what great windows training it is to just to let people use windows activated or not.

This actually just happened to my key I purchased from this Deal.
It worked for the initial new installation but a week later the Activation Key was mysteriously deactivated/removed from my system.

I emailed brytesoft customer support and they provided me with a replacement key and a 20% discount code for a future purchase. The replacement key worked fine.

Time will tell if it sticks this time.

It should still work but they've made installing Win11 with an offline account considerably more annoying (may not even work with newest builds?) and I've heard rumblings that they might kill the Massgrave activation method too. But I think MS likes to keep some surefire way of activating Windows without a legit key just to limit support calls from people who might otherwise download some shady cracked copy and then end up with malware and call MS support, and some might be completely unaware they received a non-legit copy.

Quick update, I got 2 keys one worked fine the second had an error that this was previously used in a different device. I emailed Brytesoft and they asked for details and that's that.... no new key no other followup. Be very careful when ordering more than one key from this site to limit your loss.

Same here but it only took 2 days for the key to go bad and in my case there was no replacement provided.

Dang. Killing massgrave would be huge. I suppose anther version would pop up eventually tho
