Take comments with a grain of salt, first off, Office Depot has excellent customer service, so this deal about 'never receiving the card', is easily addressed just by calling their customer service #. It's a physical card you receive so it's easy to ship you out one if it wasn't included in the order or never arrived.
as for 'you only have a couple of days to use it' without giving full details makes no sense. Typically you redeem on of these multi choice cards for a merchant on your choice shown on the card.
