If you're in NYC and having trouble with this offer (as the total keeps coming out to $358.31), use the generic promo code "Welcome" after entering your address and seeing the "Add promo code or gift card" option appear on the lower right portion of the checkout screen.

You'll have to pay shipping ($8.99), but you'll be over the $359 total to trigger the offer. My final total was $368.10 so I'm out of pocket $9.10 after the credit triggers. Not a bad deal.

P.S. - It's ridiculous that shipping is also taxed.

I'm genuinely interested in getting a whoop, trying it out, AND planning to use this for a year then throwing the thing away.

Thanks for confirming. I renewed a couple of days ago and now my offer is gone and not redeemed, so I'm guessing I'll be seeing a credit soon too.

I had this offer on my Sapphire Reserve card, claimed it, and placed an order with an extra sports band on Friday. The order shipped on Saturday. I never received an email confirming that the offer was redeemed, and when I check my Chase account, I no longer see the offer under the "Added" or "Redeemed" sections. It's also gone from the available offers.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? Am I out of luck? If that's the case, I'll have to return it without opening the box.
UPDATE - Received email last night that offer redemption was successful and got credit this morning. Looks like its timing issue.

Never mind.. figured it out...

Also, where do you enter the coupon code for $60 off

Do you mean people buying the device second hand or paying for you to subscribe a year for them? I thought the device had no value since you can't use it without a subscription.

Hey guys I am hoping some of you can shed some light on this matter for me. I see a bunch of you have mentioned that after adding the offer and then placing the order, the offer disappeared from your account. This same thing happened to me.

I added the offer on Feb 16th. Placed order same day maybe 1-2 hours later.

The charge showed up same day as pending and was processed on 17th Feb.

Whoop shipped my order on the 18th and today Feb 20th, it is out for delivery.

I haven't gotten any email about the offer being redeemed, no credit on my credit card and I don't see the offer anywhere in my account now.

FYI my order total was $368.xx

Anyone have any idea how long I should be waiting to see if the credit shows up and when I should maybe panic and reach out to chase customer support?

I made the mistake of not having taken a screenshot of the offer in my account and having added it.

you will be fine. placed my order 2.13, credit showed up 2.17 (order out for delivery today). This is a heavily promoted offer/partnership from Chase/Whoop, it is not going to just disappear. If you are worried, just don't open the package until the offer posts, which I would expect to be in a day or two.

I just got an email from whoop that my package was delivered and 3 minutes before that I got email from chase that the offer was redeemed. 25 minutes before that I got an email from UPS delivery notification that my package was delivered.Makes me think that the credit gets triggered once package is delivered and whoops gets the notice that it got delivered

Anyone seeing their credit yet? I added mine to my card and ordered on Thursday. Item shipped, $369 charged to my card. No credit and when I look at my offers Whoop is no longer listed as used, available, expired, etc.
got mine

Waiting and hoping they eventually add back in expediated shipping since my order total either comes out to $380.54 without a promo code or $357.38 with a code. None of the accessories or apparel interest me except maybe the boxers, but I don't feel like paying like $27 for a pair. 🙃 Wish Chase made the offer terms UP TO $359 credit back instead of $359 minimum purchase.

CSR offer terms say it is only for Life membership. but I'm glad you got this for peak as well. Any one else tried this for peak? You got an extra 1-year for ~$40

Could you elaborate on how you bought a 2-year membership? I see Peak at $239, and during checkout I couldn't find a 2-year option. Maybe you mean you already have a Peak, and there is some option in your account to buy 2 years outright. I also see a Peak family plan for 2 which is $430 total, but that's 1-year per person. Thanks!
