If you have port in difficulties with GV number call 800-518-7519 and them you have a land line and they will complete your port.
GV port is not complete until you get a confirmation email from google, and you get a text message from Metro 611 that the number transfer is complete.

The short version, you must call Metro to make sure any/all the number(s) you are porting over that previously succeed Port Reservation but failed Payment are not locked now to metro reservation once locked to metro they will not work with a new order or another wireless company. This deal is killing me softly, now I remember why I avoided Metro for so long
EDIT: after reading the comments on this thread, I see that many people are reporting that a google voice number can be ported over to metro again (like the good old days).

My case is strange. Last Dec and end of January, I ordered 2 phones from Metro. Both of them have activated since then because of the 365 days elapsed since activation.
So it's been 13 months since I ordered from Metro. Since then I've moved to a different address. Even so, I cannot place a single order now. I even tried with another member of household and still the security error. Also tried using the household member's maiden name - and still the security error. Of course tried with Wifi/Cellular/VPN/Different credit cards/PC/Phone 5G connectin etc etc - and still the security error..
So I really cannot figure out how metro's algorithm works. Can't place a single order. I thought it was based on address, but apparently not because this is a new address and it still doesn't work. Perhaps it's linked to a person's name. Anyway, I will try in a few more months, but I guess the offer would be long gone by then.
Any use in getting this if we don't use iphones ourselves and would just want it for trade value down the pike? Will there be metro deals like this on the iphone 14 soon, maybe that would have longer trade life?
