Metro blocked my address/orders in June last year. Around October, Metro sent an email to my daughter (same address, who previously had a Metro account) saying "Some relationships are worth keeping..." and listed some phone promos. So I signed up again with her info and successfully ordered several phones and tablets. Early this month, I took a chance and ordered under my own name, successfully got a Moto Stylus 2025 and two i13's. You might want to try every few months or so.
Thanks for the reply. Appreciate your data points. It's nice to see that your daughter got another chance, and you did as well.
My case is strange. Last Dec and end of January, I ordered 2 phones from Metro. Both of them have activated since then because of the 365 days elapsed since activation.
So it's been 13 months since I ordered from Metro. Since then I've moved to a different address. Even so, I cannot place a single order now. I even tried with another member of household and still the security error. Also tried using the household member's maiden name - and still the security error. Of course tried with Wifi/Cellular/VPN/Different credit cards/PC/Phone 5G connectin etc etc - and still the security error..
So I really cannot figure out how metro's algorithm works. Can't place a single order. I thought it was based on address, but apparently not because this is a new address and it still doesn't work. Perhaps it's linked to a person's name. Anyway, I will try in a few more months, but I guess the offer would be long gone by then.

It won't let me add another line for $30 online; I then called Metro by Tmobile and the customer service rep also indicated it would be a new line for $55 for me to get the iPhone 13 for $0 but $55 for first month plan; cannot add a second line. Anyone with better luck and suggestions? TIA
Try going through the site on your phone, turn off Wi-fi and log in, then shop for phone and when you add the line it should show as $30. This is all assuming your phone COMPLETELY finished the port out process for the first line. If using GV it's a common misconception for people to think that "activating" their phone means the port out is complete.

What would happen if one does not complete the port out from Google Voice? Like we activated with Metro and initiated port out... but never calls Metro to complete it?

just tried it and order went through without a problem (transferred from Spectrum Mobile). Set up a trade in to Apple at $180, don't know if I will go through with it but I have 14 days to decide. What happened to that goofball who claimed that the trade-in value would drop so much last Thursday that we would end up losing money on it?

Wish I had seen this sooner, already traded my old pixel on the new 10a. Is there much use getting this phone as a potential trade in for later if I'm not using it on the 10a? It looks like the boosted value of $305 is just on the 10a, won't be that for long. If I get this now to potentially trade next year, I imagine the value won't be much?

Any use in getting this if we don't use iphones ourselves and would just want it for trade value down the pike? Will there be metro deals like this on the iphone 14 soon, maybe that would have longer trade life?

Have people had to be around at home for sign for these (the iphone 13)? Or will UPS just drop them off if I am not home?

On your third order are you supposed to do that from the second line's account or the first? Also, has anyone had port in success from GV today?

I'm sure others have posted the same, but I called due to the second order not going through. They hit the same issue and just referred me to go to the store instead. Anybody actually go to the store? I probably need to call back and have them delete the port request like was mentioned earlier in the thread.

All lines (1st through xth) are in the same account. You can log into that account using any of the active Metro phone numbers in that account.

Going to the store and they will "scalp" you with activation fee, sales tax (which they will pocket and not send to the local/state), "mandatory" insurance, case, etc. Sometimes they will even say in-store prices are different fron online prices. It won't be a pleasant experience.
