Ok your account number is just your GV phone number and your pin is your "call to listen" pin that you set up in the settings of GV. You first have to pay $3 to unlock the GV number.

Porting and failed attempts to order the phone. FYI if you go through the last step and Metro reserved the number you are porting in. But you failed, their payment screen and your order did not go through. Be advised that that number(s) that you attempted to port (no atter how many different phone numbers) are locked in Metro Port Reservation. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THAT NUMBER to process new order using that same # until you call Metro and ask to be transferred over to the porting department and ask them to delete the port. You will also not be able to port it anywhere else until they delete the port reservation. So, all you folks that tried to process a zillion orders after your initial order failed it will never work (even if you fix why your payment didn't go through) until YOU CALL METRO to fix your PORT. With all that said the port dept will want to verify you and the easiest way is for them to send you a SMS to your metro phone so your you don't have a Metro phone working well welcome to the struggle bus have a seat and relax your gong to be on the phone with Metro for some time. Please know this address multiple attempts at porting the same phone number not all the other reasons orders fail on the payment screen. All I can say on that one is , Don't use VPN, don't use discover, don't use a virtual number, wait 48 not 24 hours for your last order attempt to clear out of their system and if you are a religious person…pray

The short version, you must call Metro to make sure any/all the number(s) you are porting over that previously succeed Port Reservation but failed Payment are not locked now to metro reservation once locked to metro they will not work with a new order or another wireless company. This deal is killing me softly, now I remember why I avoided Metro for so long

For those of you having the fraud screen, do this -

Use a VPN
Different credit card #
Add a fake apartment # to your address (if you live in a house)

This has worked for me in the past.

I placed my first order with a cricket port 1 week ago. Placed 2nd order today using Google voice port. The 2nd order went thru and I got a confirmation number. With that being said hopefully it ships. I am trying to figure out how my the first iphone 13 I ordered already had ios 26 installed. It was sealed and I did not update. Anyone else have that?
There are 2 lines/phones per acct? Thx

So are you guys trying to use Lyca instead of GV if GV doesn't work for you? I read some mentions of it but didn't find the real post about how to sign up and port out with Lyca so if anyone can point me to that post would be much appreciated. Anyways wouldn't Lyca cause you to lose the discount on the phone though because I think Lyca is on T mobile network isn't it (just like I tried with a Helium number and it wouldn't give me the discount on the phone)

Google voice is not working anymore, payment fails at last step, also with phone support. What's the next cheapest alternative?

When you provide a GV number for checking, did Metro site come back and say it's eligible and showed $0 price for the phone? If it did, then the order failed NOT because you used a GV number.

Your last statement that we can transfer the service to a different compatible device, they won't let me do it. It said that my other phone was compatible (factory unlocked), but by the time I tried to initiate the eSIM transfer, my phone was not compatible with the plan. When I proceeded, it asked me to change the phone plan. I have seen other comments confirming that.
I transferred both lines to different phones (without opening the second box). Both initially couldn't go through "due to technical difficulties". I just kept trying back and forth (not starting from scratch) and eventually an eSIM QR code appeared.
I don't know why it asks for a plan change.

Just chat with Metro or give them a call to register your other/new device IMEI and try again from scratch, it will get transferred smoothly to any other unlocked device.

Are you able to order more phones or other devices (watch/tab) after you transferred the phones on this deal to other unlocked phones?
If yes, could you please tell me the steps to do it?

They do over the air updates to sealed devices. Apple can update retail devices even when the device is sealed in the box and "off". Similar to your personal phone. When you turn it off, it's never really turned off. It's just in a deep sleep.

No I'm not able to place more orders. But I don't think they're related.
