Though you're right that they do sell open-box and refurbished items, they must disclose that in the product details on the page. Not everything they sell is open-box or refurbished.

If this arrives not as described you have every right to get a refund. Walmart should favor the buyer.

I scored bunch of Skil tools on bf at Lowe's and been giving them away as presents. I could've save a lot if I didn't go with the hype and buy all Milwaukee with 15 or so HO batteries.
