The same VIP Outlet seller had these listed as "Open Box – Excellent" for $308 just last week, and two weeks before that they were $346. Most of the reviews (around 99%) were positive. Given that they were selling for $308 so recently, $341 feels overpriced.

I just got mine for $341 ... it's a totally pristine, brand new, 1 battery cycle count, the cable and charger in their original paper wrapping.
Also, the damage the box is just a clean but deep dent in the corner. I kind of thing this is just stock that Walmart didn't want sold as perfectly new, so they just damaged each box before passing/selling on to this ebay clearance seller.

Same! Box wasn't in perfect shape but 1 battery cycle and no sign of usage.

this seller only sells USED and store return items. So no, it's not brand new.
