- Select desired color
- Select desired storage capacity (128GB or 256GB)
- Select 'Unlocked'
- Under 'Trade in your phone,' click 'Get estimate'
- Use the drop down menus to select your phone manufacturer, model, and storage size
- Select Yes or No for 'Is your phone in good condition?'
- Click 'Add trade-in'
- Select 'Don't protect my device' under 'Add Pixel Care+' device protection plan

Pixel 10a is essentially equal to Pixel 9a with same storage, memory, camera etc. The very small stuff they actually changed (screen brightness increase of 10%) won't actually matter to anyone. How is it that Google didn't upgrade the Pixel 10a to Tensor G5 or make any other meaningful upgrades?

Set up my order with a iPhone 11 trade in for $110 value, used $77 in store credit I had, and a $100 off coupon code. I just sold the iPhone 11 was going to trade in locally for $170. Total this direction should be around $200 out of pocket after everything (not counting the $133 in google store credit earned for future use).
I now have a iPhone XS Max with a cracked screen. I am considering sending that in instead knowing the value might be lower. I am also considering trying to do the Metro port in promotion to get an iPhone 13 for $55 which would make this upgrade essentially free after all credits (i.e. $305 trade in value - $55 paid for the phone).
Does anyone have any experience with sending the WRONG device in on trade-in and how they handle that?
I fear that if I return this order to select the CORRECT trade-in device, that I'll lose the $100 credit applied to this order because it has already been used, and while Google support said the coupon code will re-activate or they could re-issue it, I don't trust that to happen.
What would you do in my case?
