I have the free NFCU Cash Rewards Plus. I got all the stuff they promised when I fulfilled the spending requirements as advertised.

Looks similar but no free Prime.
14 years and no problems of any kind!
24/7/365 live support! Why! Because there are ships all over the world.
Don't assume all brick and mortar established businesses are completely honest. Buyer beware!
Go Navy, Eglin, USAA, or a military CU and never turn back.
Only exception might be Sams Club card and Walmart One Pay. Maybe/sometimes so far.
This seems like a great card, plus it would feel really nice to have something i use all the time that reminds me of my Dad
