After about 5 or 10 took the screen is fogged on the inside. Very difficult to read the temp. Other than that it is a really cool temperature gauge that seems to work really good. When cooking meat, keep it in the red area and things work good.

Where are you supposed to put this thermometer? Just lay it on the grill grates? Do you clip it to a pot on your grill??? I looked for pictures of people using it on Amazon, and found that this listing combines many different thermometers. No one showed this version in use, but many showed pictures of it after it failed.
