i remember last year, people who did pre-order and mailed in their trade-in's were having issues with getting trade-in credit to show on their account, even after 2-3 months. Think i'm gonna go with trade-in at store again for this year.

Yes, I was able to trade in Moto g 5g 2025 in-store or online in the same line and the line is either the free unlimited line or the $20 per month line. No need to replace S26 with an unlocked phone. The reason I normally replace the new phone with my old unlocked phone in my free line is because I am using it everyday. You got three days left. Try in-store, then online to maximize this deal.
Thanks. I just did it in store and got a S26+. But I am trying to bring this free line back to my S26 using its esim. But I got the following error "this device requires a spectrum compatible SIM". Do you know how frequent we can switch devices on one line? Or should I go ahead and order a Physical SIM Card?

So I need some advice I went into the store today with a Moto g 2025 and they only carry the 256 GB s26 ultra. At first they were trying to tell me that you don't get both the $400 and the $700 but then she called her manager and confirmed that you do get both. I said that I wanted the 512 GB but in order to do that they would have to have it shipped to me and then I would have to ship the phone into them. But the weird thing is that they charged me $168 today of which $133 was tax that would mean they charged me tax on the full $1,499 without taking the $400 off. She said and the manager was on speaker phone that once they got my trade-in phone shipped into them everything would be sorted out and that it would be split over 36 months but that after two billing cycles I could just call in and pay it all off. So I guess I'm wondering is it worth the risk of having them ship me the 512 GB and shipping my Moto g 5G 2025 into them and hoping that they sort everything out price wise or is it smarter just to do everything in store and just go with the 256 GB? The other weird thing is that the Moto g 5G 2025 is not on the list for Verizon but if you click other it is on the list but since it's a new phone when they boot it up it says that it's Verizon and she even wanted to check the camera which we couldn't do because I don't have it activated but she was willing to forego that.

Sorry for this question if it's already answered, I wasn't able to find.
Has anyone tried to trade in spectrum s26+ for ultra? Currently it shows $1170 as trade in credit & $899 is price. So by that trade in, it actually gives refund of $200+.

It should work. Chat with them online and they will resolve your issue. You can switch phone immediately and it should work. Tried it again; otherwise chat with them and they will fix your issue. I assume that S26 is from Spectrum too. Stay away from physical SIM if possible. The reason I still use physical SIM is my old phone didn't have ESIM capability. The only benefit for using PSIM in spectrum is moving PSIM from 1 phone to another without doing it in the account online. Oh, this one too, switching PSIM also worked on the phone that I tried to do it in the account online Unsuccessfully; it is kind of weird, but it worked out, so no complain.

$168 total for Ultra with trade-in Moto g 5g 2025? No way. It costed me $248 with 256gb & Moto g 5g 2025 trade-in in the same line. The way I understand is in-store order with shipping the new phone will be the same as online, no tax reduction. The in-store trade-in with obtaining phone immediately will get tax reduction more than online.

Were you able to do this more than once this week on the same line? I did one before this promo and one with this promo. When I said I would open a new line I was told only if I port in a new number? That is a new one on me.
Porting in a number? That is totally bs from that rep. You can argue with him by saying show me where that said in the rules. Just like one rep told me no trade-in Moto g 5g 2025 because some reason his computer did that; then I asked him show me that. Surprised! He executed the trade-in in the same line for me for the Ultra for $248 a couple days ago.

Yes so when I looked at the bill for 168 it was $5 for the insurance like $35 or 30 I mean for the first installment payment for the phone and 133 in taxes which would have been the full amount of tax on $1499. So I had them cancel that and I called up and they confirmed that you have to pay tax on the full amount when you do it through them on the phone or online so I'm going to go back to the store today I told her to save me one because they were closing and just try to purchase the 256 GB in the store I would have preferred the 512 but you don't get the tax breaks hopefully you get in the store and everything is instant.

My bad on reading your previous message. Yeah it made sense $168 total for 36 months installment payment.

Thanks. You are right. It is BS. Am going to try again today when I'm pretty sure he won't be there. Have moved my Ultra off the line so that may help. Will try and open a $20 line which will cost $40 with the activation fee and get another 26+ with an old samsung phone. Have a feeling it will be out of stock nut it's so close to me it's worth a shot. Will do online trade in on Monday if it doesn't work by then. Not sure if I have to open 2nd line if I order online as it shows me the $730 credit for trade in. Might just get the 2nd line to be safe.

I have read that before, but I didn't see the time on 4/21. From your post, you indicated 9pm PST on 4/20 which confused me. I believe since it didn't indicate the time, then we can assume 12pm EST on 4/21 I guess.

It's just a guess from past promotions and people who walked until the last minute and then posted that the promotion ended early
