Cookie settings broken in iOS

On my iPhone I'm unable to switch the "Share or Sale of Personal Data" cookie setting off. The square it's in slightly adjusts if I try to tap the button and then the button cannot be interacted with. I've tried everything.
Anyway, just an fyi. I won't be visiting this site as much anymore until that's fixed because I visit it most on my iPhone.
I've also sent a message to support but nothing has changed.

Do you have any settings that could be interfering?
If you switch to "desktop mode" or incognito, does it work?
