The one thing I noticed when I do a bunch of sealing is the cheaper bags with smaller patterns on the one side do not work as well when the sealing surface is warm from doing multiple jobs. It tends to not allow the vacuum to build due to the bags closing up from the warmth.
I bought the foodsaver bags at Costco or Sam's and they are way better than the cheaper bags, especially if you plan on doing 10 or more double sealed bags.
That's just my experience.

The V8 though? Way faster seal time, and the vacuum chamber pops out to clean. I do a lot of wet marinades (like chicken or fish in sauce), so that liquid sensor light is super handy—lets me know when to wipe it down before things get gross.😀

Also from checking Fresko website, the V6 and V8 has the same power rating! So shouldn't it both perform the same level for vacuum and seal but V6 has an extended seal function which I believe is an additional delay times which makes V6 the superior sealer?
