I traded in 4 16e and 1 phone 13. I had one 16e since Jan. Got another 16e one the free phone promo started and got 2 more 16e and iphone 13 4 days later. All traded in at full value. I had been using the Jan 16e since then.

I don't think when you ordered or how long you had it has anything to do with $0 trade coming back. I think some phones are just bad getting thru quality control.

good to hear. did u activate the 16e back in Jan? did you use it on and off with the eSim? your comment about QC makes sense though - now im just collecting data points for others to take note of

Anyone know the esim transfer process for cricket is no longer working with chat? I tried esim or esim transfer and the chat system said you need an agent. It didn't do an automated esim trander.

I went to gamestop yesterday to trade my 16e. The guy followed instructions on the computer while letting me see the screen, and the result was grade AA. Then he said that's not allowed for open box phone, and he went back and selected screen has scratches which resulted into grade A, bringing the vale down by about $40. My phone was new, unused and without any scratches. I only used for a few minutes only for activation. That looked dishonest, do I left without trading.

Anyone came across this situation? Any suggestions for higher gamestop trade in value? Is there a way to get gamestop pro membership for less than $5, temporarily, as pro members get 10% extra trade in value.

FWIW, I've tried adding a line with my same address a week later and even with the new 3 month prepay, it auto cancels the order. I also tried with privacy.com and tweaking the address slightly and that didn't work.
