bidget are great but, IDK about cold water just spend the money for a heated one or just don't do it..my @ss can't take the cold in the winter

We have this same mode 2x. The only problem with this is that the spray water pressure is TOO LOW. Even at the highest settings it is generally not adequate. Lot of reviewers have similar experiences.
Looking at other brands in the same price range - none of them have the same problem.

I would check your water pressure. I have physically hurt myself from accidently having this up even beyond about 60%
