Does anyone remember what these got down to on Black Friday/Cyber Monday?

Maybe $189? I remember hoping that they'd get to $169 like the AirPod Pro 2's did in 2024, but they never made it to $169.

BB just had them. Open box for $130-140. I got a pair of open box excellent condition for $140. Yes you can still get apple care on these.
