No, I'd try another cable or request a replacement unit. These work great, especially at night in bed, so you don't disturb your significant other. Use mine almost daily.

That's why they brand them as 'XR' because they don't quite fit into either VR or AR categories

For years, the $197 Xreal Air was the best deal I'd ever seen for glasses like these

I just ordered a pair. I like the fact they have myopia adjustments so I might not need to even order prescription lenses.

Just picked up a pair. Paid a few bucks extra for the "excellent condition" version. They are absolutely awesome! A perfect pairing for my ROG Ally. Don't waste your money on the neckband though. It's trash.

For anyone who needs prescription lens inserts, I can absolutely recommend Lensology, they are based in the UK but ship to the U.S. quickly. I ordered transition prescriptions for my RayBan Metas and they were perfect.
