Maybe I'm missing something, but what does this computer have that makes it worth more than twice what this one costs, plus the latter has Oculink?

The GPU in this is ~2-4x faster depending on the task and the CPU is ~40% faster. This can reasonably play most modern games at 1080p medium settings and the 6650h cannot.

The graphics are integrated, so it's not like they added a second component. And it's debatable whether the Intel CPU is significantly faster.

OK, fine. The IGP (ARC 140V) is 2-4x faster than the IGP in the 6650h (660m).
