Product Description:
  • Rechargeable Battery and 10-Hour Runtime: With its integrated 2200 mAh rechargeable battery, the Fanttik D2 laser level can work continuously for up to 10 hours on a single charge. The high-capacity battery can be recharged more than 500 times, which is very practical
  • Accurate Precision and High Brightness: Our laser diode uses cutting-edge bright green light laser technology to produce a highly visible and accurate laser beam. When exposed to the same light source, green lasers are 4 times brighter than red lasers. With an accuracy within 1/8 in at 30 ft with our D2's precise laser, you can attain competent outcomes, ensuring optimal photos and shelf hanging always
  • 360° Rotation, Portable, and Long-Lasting: This pocket-sized D2 laser level is portable, weighing only 0.56 lb. TPE rubber protects the body to provide increased durability and drop resistance. Furthermore, the magnetic bracket stand that comes with it easily fastens to a variety of metallic surfaces, allowing for 360° rotation in any direction
  • Outdoor-Friendly Pulse Mode: It works very well in both bright outdoor and indoor settings. With a receiver (which is not supplied), the working range in pulse mode reaches up to 164 ft. You can still work precisely even in direct sunshine, where the laser beam is less obvious
  • Self-Leveling & Manual Mode: The lasers are made to self level once the pendulum is unlocked. The laser beam will flash every 0.5 seconds if the laser level is tilted so far that it is unable to self-level (> 4°). To allow for precise alignment at various angles, lock the pendulum into manual mode. The laser beam will remain fixed and flash every 4 seconds
  • Package Contents: 1 x Laser Level D2, 1 x Magnetic Bracket, 1 x USB-C Cable, 1 x User Manual, 1 x Drawstring Pocket

I bought this Black and Decker. Much different, but I love the way it has a pin that makes it mount to the wall and I can change the angle of the laser. It is one my my favorite purchases over the last few years.

I have that same B&D, but am considering buying this fantikk for the self leveling and tripod options. I'm often avoiding having to put a hole in the wall, so I'll just hold the B&D up, look at the bubble, and then draw some pencil marks. With the fantikk, I can just pop it on a little tripod and point it at the wall. No bubble (human error) and no hole that I need to fill/paint.

I wished it had18650-type battery with an option to remove/change it easily.
Does anyone know what type of internal rechargeable battery this has, and is it replaceable? I'm sick of tossing devices such as iPod, iPad, just for not having an interchangeable battery, once the inevitable happens and recharge battery shows signs of death?

I see your point and agree. As something I personally would use sparingly, I would rather be able to remove the batteries between uses. I've had the same issue with sealed batteries that would not take a charge because it sat around for a while. It does look A LOT handier and would be hands free vs holding a bubble level against the wall and marking the wall with a pencil to level pictures or curtain rods.

You guys must be better at keeping stuff for a long time. I've only had one battery go bad on me in the last 10 years that I can remember which was a DJI drone. Other than that every other battery has outlasted the usefulness of the device. I have a Samsung tablet that still charges well, it was built in 2010.

Do you know what makes the other more expensive? I'm still considering this deal but other goes through corners or something? How can it, unless there are other mirrors. I'm just trying to understand because their picture shows a bigger slat so it shines near the level but this one starts from a distance? Could that be it?
I honestly don't know. Looks like the more expensive one has a bigger battery and a LCD screen.

You'd probably be fine with the cheaper one.

This is what I bought about 5 years ago: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0793M6...tle_1&th=1
