Personally I'd say it is running smaller than you expect. Also be aware about stitches on this thing since it is the only thing that holds weights. Mine was bad at some pockets and needed to be fixed. For the reference: I am typically buying medium sized jackets and sometimes large sized tees.

Not sure what you mean by sizing. But I'm 5'10 and fits me well. Only thing annoying about this is it comes with the sandbag weights separate so you'll have to put each bag in individually and it's tedious. Been solid and is pretty easy on the shoulder blades with the full 20lbs (gor weight vest standards). Balanced well.

20lbs is a very heavy vest. Non-adjustable will be more secure on your body. Camelback style will feel better than vest style.
