Is the 25th anniversary edition the complete version? Does it include the power pack?

Can I purchase the standard now and then upgrade to the 25th anniversary edition later? Or will I not be able to purchase the anniversary version if I buy the standard version?

Thanks i picked it up on psn. I usually don't so i can sell games to gamestop. But after the server shuts down the game will be worthless. Since the game requires psn membership and online to even get into the game

two totally different games depending on what you're looking for. gt7 is excellent but simulates actual racing. forza is good if you just wanna take a lambo off a jump and smash billboards.

I remember when I used to buy consoles plus racing wheels just to play this. This "game" is a subscription and I wouldn't buy it even at 5 dollars. Before, you unlocked stuff fairly by playing, now, you have to unreasonably grind in order to purchase mods. It's designed this way so you have to pay more money to unlock stuff faster.
