it's been more and more difficult for me to justify ordering from papa johns. their regular priced 1 topping large pizza runs $18 at my local store. meanwhile Dominos I can get a similar pizza for around $10.. The last time they ran bogo deal I think it came out to be around 24 dollars for two 2-topping large pizzas. Yes the consumer prices have changed. And yes maybe I should not eat out (or order a takeout) if I cannot afford it. but papa johns just seem less value than dominos or marcos.

From my perspective, it's a bit hogher price than dominoes but also a step up in quality. May just be the one near me, but they almost always have $10-$12 larges unless you're getting specialty or 3+ toppings. I usually do cheese or pep and they are pretty solid for that.
