I played through 1-3 on the switch a few months ago. The only issue I ran into was a soft lock on 3 after using first aide on my companion.

I think they released a free update/patch a few weeks ago for Switch 2 that adds higher resolution textures for all games and 60fps for MGS 2 & 3.

I was going to buy on Series X but Switch 2 might be the better option for short sessions since that's all I seem to be able to fit in these days.

Best Buy has the best deal on it because it's -$20 retail compared to the other stores, so an extra -$10 on the 50% sales. It has resolution upscaling in-game, but Nintendo also added that as a Switch 2 feature.

I bought this for Xbox. It looks so bad on modern TVs it was unplayable. I'm actually going to by an old TV and hook up the original so my son can play it.

Between no Twin Snakes and MGS Delta existing, it makes this a bit of an odd collection for me. Like obviously having the original versions is great, but I'd probably just be buying this for MGS2 at this point which feels weird.
