A lot of people complain about low quality of the case. I personally exerience this wits some of their other tool sets.

The metal latches are an upgrade from previous years. I don't see a clasp to keep the slide drawers frome opening if the unit is tipped or kept in a vehicle. Likely all of the top suspended items will start falling out with time, movement and usage. The containers are typically an after thought with little concern for frequent usability, but instead compact storage for home / occasional needs.
