Do you even read what it said "M1,M2 or M3".
Your M4 is not even in list for bonus $150 so of course it is not a good trade in. The only significant performance jump from M4 to M5 is SSD speed drive.

Yes, I read it. Even with the additional $150, for M1/M2/M3, the trade in is still crap. Unless you have the M1 8gb/256gb where you are getting an excellent value because it it's worth $300 in the used market.
