Bought last winter their mower for $200 thru Walmart. And didn't get chance to use till now due lot of snow. Now their charger not working. When reached thru Walmart, GreenWorks customer service said sorry "you should have tested enough during first 90 days" and they cannot do much other than providing model numbers. They also advised me to always buy new one to have peace of mind as it comes with 4 year warranty. So worst team and quality.
To be fair, I had a push mower from them from 2017 that's going strong still.
