It depends what you use it for. If you want to be able to play without waking up your household then it's definitely a cool thing to have. It's not going to be the same touch as a real piano but it's close. And it does have some other sounds besides regular piano.

You are right, it's not the same but in its price range, I feel it's the closest. I have this piano and like it a lot, very convenient to use headphones to not wake up the whole house

Anyone able to compare to the other slickdeal, the Casio PX-5S Privia? The Casio doesn't have speakers, but does have much more as far as sound variation. But what about overall quality?

Same...can pick up better stand and seat on market place, and invest in better headphones. As far as no tax, can't really escape that at retail anymore.

The piano is great.
For the accessories, the headphones are garbage - literally the worst sounding headphones I've ever heard and I threw them out. The bench is fine, particularly for a student, and the stand is functional. We're still using both of these.

I have received mine. You guys are right. The stand is just a piece of garbage. Now need a stand and a bench. Any advice?
