i don't personally own one, but we've had one of these in the break room at work for 2.5 years now and it's going strong. like the interior layout but the freezer drawer feels like it's going to fall apart everytime you open it.

Dealing with Whirlpool customer service was a nightmare , and that was for a KitchenAid refrigerator that cost $5,000 , so let's just say if your appliance breaks these days it's not enjoyable.

Maybe you need to go to the Thermador/wolf/subzero level to get "concierge level" customer service where you don't have to call 4 times and have 3 appointments to get a repair done. Not sure .

I currently have a whirlpool fridge, have had them out twice for service and it's been really easy and smooth. I just schedule service online and they come during the scheduled window. What's your experience been like?

😐️...Not sure if SD is listening in on me, but we were just talkin about a new fridge with the freezer on bottom and this looks pretty solid! Trying to find a fridge like this WITHOUT a water hookup was a bit tricky. Thanks OP!

I just had to pay $350 for a new door for my Whirlpool. Wish this would have been available then.
