I bought some items earlier and used the code. Went back to pick out some other things and the code doesn't work since I already used it.

Somewhat funny that I'm not spending more money there because of the issue.

While I love a good discount I kinda hate when a website that has no customer service (like a chat feature that I could add the items) can't look at a discount code and say, "Hey, they used this, but we didn't send their other order out, so the code can still work since we'll just pile it in the same package!"

Can't edit my previous order either. So yeah. Simon - you keep doing you but I wouldn't be hoping to do much more with me.

I agree with the first part but they literally would be losing money since it's all done electronically. They would rather not sell another discounted order than pay for a system to change orders or have live customer support. The no changes to prior orders part is pretty consistent across companies unfortunately. It's very annoying, but we keep getting our cheap goods.

No argument but in an age of AI, order modification with a bot and the same credit card/address will be trivial. "Would you like us to add this to your unshipped order?" will be the winner in the fast fashion discount code wars. Wink

Can you still do returns without that added on?

Edit: Seems like websites may have added on that useless fee to "get even" after credit card fees. We should still be able to get by without it
