Depends how you use them. The drawers make it handy to access stuff without unstacking, but they're not as roomy and aren't sealed very well against the elements.

Yep. I'm glad they finally put out a rolling drawer unit because having to take everything off this rolling box to get into it is STUPID

Great deal for great equipment. I'll add another voice that you will wish you got the version with the pullout drawer. Don't unstack. Just use the drawer. I wasted money getting this one first.

208$ is hackable! But im proud of myself, i held off on buying it. Because i havent filled my other packouts yet and prob will not use these much due to non-drawerness. But i woulda grabbed it at $170 or something!

Same here, however I do wish it had the bottom drawer. As others have said, when these things are full of tools, they are heavy. Having to unstack and restack is a bitch.

These are miserable to use without drawers. I regret not spending the extra $200 for a triple stack with all drawers.

I guess I use Packouts and work quite differently from the rest of you. When I get a call, I throw the appropriate Packouts for the job into the bed of my pickup and drive to the location through sun, rain, or snow. I get there, assemble the stack, roll it into the location where I'll be doing the work and unstack and open all the various boxes for easy access. Rarely do I work from Packouts at home, and because I only bring the Packouts that I'll need for the job, it's rare that I'd need to grab something from a lower piece without also having needed to remove and access everything above it.

The single deep drawer base isn't that helpful either. A couple lift out layers would change it a lot, but wish they'd done like the "medium+shallow+shallow" drawer set, but 2med+2sml
