The "any condition" promo (R659) also disappeared for me online and at t-life earlier today. But tforce told me it was still active and I was eligible. Thinking today might be the last day it was active, I pulled the trigger with some placeholder galaxy a15 5g IMEIs. The actual a15s I ordered online will arrive over the weekend. Will I be ok to submit the a15 trade in at a corporate store with a different IMEI than that in the order?

There is nothing for you to do. Rebate is filled out automatically and you can check the status in 30 - 45 days in. Rebate will take 90 days waiting for return period to end + 30 days processing. Read the previous Pixel thread (linked in the OP) for more info, SDers see their rebates but have yet to receive them since it's not time yet.
When I placed the order, I saw this about the rebate "Submit Your Rebate Request
After you receive your order and activate your new service on the T-Mobile network, submit your request in the Redemption Center at promotions.t-mobile.com or in the T-Life app. You may need to include documentation like a bill from your previous carrier."

It is not showing up on my account now. So I suppose it is dead.
Back to holding onto my Pixel 8 in a bootloop; and my pixel 7 with cracked screen. Both are in mint condition if not for these 2 caveats.

I have a Pixel 7 Pro which went into a bootloader loop. I can still get the IMEI number from the bootloader BAR code. The phone was on T-Mobile network until 6 months back. Its as good as a brick now.

Would anyone know if T-Mobile accepts it even though it does not enter the Android OS? Also, is there any way to find this out for certain? The T-Mobile CS is outsourced and, from my past experience, they do not know anything and keep regurgitating the same stuff like "thank you for being a customer" without any real troubleshooting.

My mom's Pixel 6 had an update in late March that bricked the damm phone and Google Pixel support does not exist and keeps asking me stupid silly questions........so frustrating as there are others with the same issue online but cant get any answers........

I was able to get the IMEI from the bootloader screen btw.....does that not work i your case? My phone wont go past that no matter what I try. I was hoping to use that to get this deal but its not eligible in my case (Simple Choice Business).

LOL, no as the phone wont go past the Bootloader (Fastboot mode) and is showing Device errors....so no OS will load. I think something got fried and sadly with it being eSIM lost all the contacts and data and what not.

I have the same issue- with the bootloader loop. It does not go past the bootloader screen. I was planning to use that as my trade-in device but did not do that yesterday and this morning the promo is no longer showing up for either my wife's or my account.

So I am now stuck with a perfectly fine device other that the Google Android bootloader snag. I hear you and it is quite frustrating. If someone drops the phone and the screen breaks then its the persons fault. But if the phone does not boot for whatever reason then Google should take responsibility for it as it is the software fault and not the customers problem.

Perhaps unrelated, but worth mentioning: I had major issues with bootloop on a new Pix10 from prior deal. Struggled for many hours when a clue popped up, in one of the fastboot menus it said something about 'volume down'. Was able to get it to boot fully a few times, but every time it needed a boot (updates), back to looping. Used tweezers to fully remove volume toggle/button, and boots like it should. Took a nail file to shave down a plastic nub on the 'down' side of the button, reinserted button, back to normal.

Mine has Recovery mode, Rescue mode, fast boot etc but none of them work.
It's well and truly bricked. Was two weeks past 1 year mark, but I didn't know even if bring under the 1 year mark would have helped.
