Received two pixel 10 and 2 set of earbuds. Dropped off trade-in devices to Corp store. I just realized the pixel 10 has no sim slot. I guess I'm staying with Samsung.

Promo appears dead for my paid line (now only 10a). I was waiting for the 11 anyway so it's fine. I was able to take advantage of the promo on a free line.

Buds did not come in my package with the phone so that's a problem.

Did it show eligible before? I still see it on the Tmo promo page (link and offer code to search for in gullzway's post above).

If it is dead, I'm glad I decided to just pay "full price" for a few iphone 4s' from Mercari and not wait to haggle with the seller. Seller had IMEI's clearly visible on their page and confirmed no icloud lock, which was helpful.

The funny thing about these trade-in deals where "any condition, any trade-in" is allowed it also shows the device must not be icloud/google account locked. However, they also accept devices with broken screens and ones that don't power on. If the device won't power on, and the screen doesn't work, how can they tell they are NOT icloud/google account locked? I was actually considering buying phones that were specifically broken, but found a seller that met the other requirements and marked the devices had water damage with Tmo (I don't know if they do or not), so I could perform the trade-in promo.

Yes it was showing as eligible for both my paid and free lines. I then submitted the order for the free line and when I checked the other day I see that the Pixel 10 on my paid line offer is now gone and replaced with 12.50 per month.

I will see if I can take a look at the link mentioned above but normally I just look on the T-Life app or even T-Mobile.com and I was able to see it there.

Something I haven't seen mentioned either, the promo also says:
"To qualify for the damaged device promotion, it must have been active with T-Mobile for at least 60 days in the past year."

I hope they're not going to enforce that, or I'll have to return mine.

I did this promotion thru Costco T-Mobile for 2 lines to be upgraded. Got the 2 Pixel 10s, but when looking a my accts it doesn't look right in device payments. One line shows I will be getting monthly credits. Which seems correct. But the other line shows nothing. Like paying full price. I got scared and called Costco T-Mobile back saying this looks wrong. They say it takes 1 to 2 billing cycles to look right. WTF? Is this right? I got 14 days to return from purchase date or received date?

You have 90 days to return through Costco, including T-Mobile phone purchases.

Return Policy | T-Mobile https://share.google/MMxM8UlNSbYwWeBEk

If the promo doesn't show up in 1 to 2 months, I'd be contacting T-Force through Twitter, and if they can't help I'd do a return.

Check the phone that was used for the upgrade. If you don't see or get the text about promotion then most likely it didn't applied correctly. From my 10+ years experience with T-Mobile promotion, if you don't see it now then it won't see it later. Usually Tforce will fix it for u after complained.

Once u see the promo applied to your acct then u can do whatever u want with the phone. No need to activate it with that line. You can even sell the phone on eBay. The only thing u should care is keep the acct active and pay your bill.

But then you're just paying full price on the phone. The device bill credits only apply as long as you're making payments.

Unless you want to wait a year+ before trying Graphene, you may as well just buy it directly from Google.
I heard that credit will be removed when you paid off early now
