Yeah, they won't unlock the boot loader.
Ironically the biggest disadvantage is that the condition is 'New'. If it would have been open-box or refurbished and supposedly activated at least once on network (ST or TF) before Jan 2026, it would have been possibly worth because of ease of unlock
