Not a great deal, an ok deal from what I could tell from the description of materials on the website.
Cole Haan does not have this item on their website so I assume this was made just for Costco. I love Costco but I think this is a cheap item they requested CH to carry it and CH delivered on the price point that was asked but lacked on the usual quality. CH does have some quality items from time to time but this seems very plastic like leather with a cheap rubber sole that they wouldn't sell at their stores.
Would I buy it? No. Would I recommend someone to get them? Depends on their use, wears dress shoes one time a year? Sure, it's likely a good deal. Someone out of college? Sure, they need to build their wardrobe.
