Here is a real good advice. Look up mosquito bucket of doom. I had the world's worst mosquito infestation in my backyard, and I don't see a single one anymore.

You have to place one every ten feet. Think radially in that you have to put them around you.

Plus any kind of wind and they are essentially useless. Well, more useless than with no wind which isn't saying much.
