This in the non fuel ratchet. Any good? Seen a few posts about it breaking.

it's not super hard to get a fuel one around $100. Regardless of it breaking I would still just go with the fuel from last generation. The newer ones are more like 200+ currently, but walmart, ebay, etc typically have the high torque or high rpm models from the last gen around that price.

You get under 40ft lb torque on each tool.
Last year I paid $20 for the SKIL ⅜ ratchet wrench that performed better than this ratchet wrench. ( 55ft lb torque with same 250RPM as this Milwaukee).
This isn't a REAL sale this what I call with today's inflation with tariffs etc MSRP priced kit with performance levels suited for the late 2010s.
I won't be surprised if the REAL COST PRICE for this entire kit is $60 cheaper.
The slow incremental improvement and releases tool companies are turning out frustrates me.
I like the compact size of the Milwaukee, but 35 ft lb? These tools can reach 80ft lb with 400 to 800RPM and it's coming in 5 years.
