yeah, unfortunately some scumbags on this site bought up dozens of the new ones as soon as they were posted here so they went out of stock pretty quickly.

Sony discontinued the DS4's over a year ago so new ones are going to be really difficult to find sadly. Coming directly from sony, hopefully these wouldn't have any stick drift.

Sony discontinued the DS4's over a year ago so new ones are going to be really difficult to find sadly. Coming directly from sony, hopefully these wouldn't have any stick drift.

I bought a brand new one about six months ago at Target on clearance for $30, but my locations are OOS now.

I use them with my ps5 because I don't like the ds5. I also use them with a brook adapter on my ps2 when a game doesn't require pressure sensitive buttons so as to not wear out my one and only ds3. oh and it's my pad of choice when playing ps1 on my mister fpga. you know the more I think about it maybe the 4 ds4s I have are not enought and I should get one of these refurbed ones

I've also heard that they work on the PS3.

Yeah, I got 1 at Target at the same time for $30 when they were clearing the controllers out and put PS5 controllers in there. I saw 5 of them in the display.

I thought the DS4 controllers use potentiometer sticks. I can't see any reason why they would replace the joysticks with hall effect or TMR sticks on refurbs even if they're being sold by Sony. Stick drift on these would be inevitable.
