hows the transparency mode compared to airpods on these? i used my wife airpods and the transparency mode works like magic while my xaiomi buds noise cancelling works great, its transparency mode is garbage compared to airpods.

Sharon MA had a bunch of these still available at $99 on Friday. Picked up a pair for my wife who was looking to upgrade from aging Airpods. So far she's very happy with them!

misinformation, they are $150 regularly priced and not $270. 1st generation have a lot of issues

There is a firmware update that (supposedly) fixes some issues. Anyway, if you're getting these, first thing you should do is install the Bose app and update to the firmware that was released in late 2025.

I prefer the transparency mode on AirPods pros , but I prefer the noise canceling on the Bose.
