It is 10% for old accounts. New accs have 15% (though I thought $20 top is for both old an new) Probably new acc also have bigger max.
Oh, in that case, it makes sense -- yeah, I wasn't really sure if that was gonna process or not, but it shows on my receipt fine.
Btw, a Walmart partner has the same item (Latin American version?) for $159.40 if for whatever reason someone can't get this one:
