I did it via online chat. It was super easy. Just took 20-30 minutes to get an agent connected because the queue had 95 ahead of me.

I tried the online chat as well. The lady said she will process the refund and that I will get an email confirmation shortly. Its been 30 min and no sign of email. not sure if she processed it right because order email came like within 30 seconds previously.

The 4ah battery already costs almost $300 so basically, you're getting the tools for less than $200. Overall, this is a pretty solid deal. I already have the hedge trimmer and the blower and am happy with the performance.
