To my understanding, this is the new standard price for this tool. Does anyone know more about Home Depot price listings to confirm this?

I've used both - the brushless is a little better, but this one works well too. I prefer it to the DeWalt cordless brad nailer.

I have the brushless and it is really good. I'd hold out for a good deal on that tbf

I bought this for $99 during covid. Surprised to see it has stayed at the same price for 6 years or even more. Not complaining, just amazed that inflation didn't hit power tools.

I have use the brushed version model P320 to install trim and quarter round in a 3900sqft home. No major issues. Brushed vs Brushless..I prefer brushless tools, but do you want to spend $99 or $199? As a diy'er with light tool use brushed was fine. If I did this work for a living and/or had a larger tool budget, I may consider brushless for this tool.
