There is a way to get the actual code. You will need to install Google play store app in pc and clicking on the offer it will open the URL which has the promo code but it does not stack with Fi discount.
1. New Fi user if you never had Fi before on that Google account. It's $300 off upfront and then $799 through 24 months of bill credits.
2. Existing users (which this deal is about and I gave a heads up a while ago to start a Fi line for the deal) are the ones who had Fi on the same Google account. The P11 Pro discount is $500 minimum for all plans but goes all the way upto $600 randomly I believe. For that discount, the only requirement is to have the line active for 120 days from the time you activate the phone. There is no other credits to make up for 120 days of service. Hence it's advisable to do the lowest flexible plan which $20 per month.
Why the existing user deal?
If you are ok with 24 months bill credits you can do the new user deal but most here are looking to get the phone with as much discount as possible. Fi deals for existing user is great in that respect as the phones are factory unlocked so you don't actually port your number, you open a line with RC, order phone, activate and then use it with your carrier, pause/cancel the line after 120 days. Many here are upgrading every year without paying a dime using this strategy.
